General Extruder Info

We have, through various licensing agreements, come up with a line of new extruders with all the latest technological advances while keeping the prices attractive. Our standard rubber cold feed extruder has a 17:1 L/D ratio, power roll feed, quick clamp head design, DC motor with SCR control, on a heavy duty fabricated all steel base. We also sell used or rebuilt extruders. We frequently have Davis Standard, NRM, and Royle extruders available. We occasionally come across Farrel, Kobe, Berstorff, AMF, and Pirelli extruders. We can disassemble, clean and inspect, hone or replace the liner, hard face leads and re-machine or provide a new screw, acid flush the cooling passages, rework the gear reducer as required, lengthen the L/D ratio, or provide power roll feed box if applicable. We sell a lot of quality used extruders as well. Our inventory is constantly changing, so please contact us with your requirements.
